For this episode of Bits we cover the free games on PSN and Xbox Live for the month of October. As for news we weigh in on the decision by Sony to not allow Bethesda to support Mods for Fallout 4 or the upcoming Skyrim remaster as well as discuss the possible legal action some gamers are taking against Hello Game for their unsavory marketing tactics in regards to the smash hit/most controversial release of the year, No Man's Sky. Lastly we go over what we've been playing and along with some recent demos I have been playing I give my own personal smack down to the indie platformer Mighty No. 9.
Then in Flicks we look at some new trailers including the new Chris Pratt/Jennifer Lawrence Sci-Fi adventure Passengers and the long awaited sequel to Fifty Shades of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker. Along with some recent television series cancellations to go over we skim over some entertainment news which includes Daniel Craig's big check to return to James Bond, the possibilty that the late Paul Walker may show up in the next Fast and Furious as well as our top story which involves more trouble with CBS' upcoming Star Trek Discovery. Then we wrap everything up with some recent television shows I have been watching such as the BrainDead finale and the surprisingly good Exorcist series and finally with my review of the horror flick Don't Breathe. All that and much more in this weeks Bits and Flicks!
